RETURN POLICY
30-Day Return Window
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging and any promotional materials must be included
Eligible Items for Return:
• Individual t-shirts, sweatshirts, and long sleeve shirts
• Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping)
• Items that don't match the description on our website
Non-Returnable Items:
• MAGA Shirt Club subscription items (monthly exclusives)
• Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Custom or personalized designs (if applicable)
REFUND POLICY
Processing Timeline:
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original payment method will be credited
• Refund confirmation sent via email
Refund Amount:
• Full purchase price refunded for eligible returns
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless item was defective)
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unless item was defective/wrong item sent)
Subscription Refunds:
• MAGA Shirt Club: Cancel anytime, no refunds for previously shipped months
• Current month cancellations must be submitted before the 15th to avoid next shipment
EXCHANGE POLICY
Size Exchanges:
• Free size exchanges within 30 days (one exchange per item)
• Customer covers return shipping; we cover exchange shipping
• Subject to inventory availability
Defective Item Exchanges:
• Immediate replacement for manufacturing defects
• We cover all shipping costs for defective exchanges
• Photo documentation may be required
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact Us First: Email info@patriotsupply.co with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Package Securely: Include Return Authorization Number and original receipt
4. Ship Back: Use trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS with tracking)
Required Information:
• Order number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return
• Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:
• Report within 7 days of delivery
• Email photos of the defect to info@patriotsupply.co
• Keep all packaging until we provide instructions
• We cover all costs for defective item returns and replacements
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY (Patriot Supply Co.)
Monthly Billing:
• Charged on the same date each month
• Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us
• No long-term commitments required
Shipping Issues:
• Lost packages will be replaced at no charge
• Address changes must be submitted before monthly processing date

• All designs are American-created by our veteran-owned team
• We stand behind the quality of every product we ship
• Manufacturing defects covered under our guarantee
Seasonal Items:
• Limited edition and seasonal designs may have modified return windows
• Holiday-themed items must be returned within 14 days
International Orders:
• Currently shipping within USA only
• All policies apply to domestic orders
